Please Note:

  1. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and checks or money order drawn on U.S. funds.
  2. We will acknowledge you order by e-mail and advise you as to stock on hand and delivery as necessary.
  3. When using the electronic order system, please be sure to choose the options (size, color, ect.) from the dropdown list on the catalog page, click each button only once -- allowing the system to respond to you, and complete each field required, to include country.
  4. We also accept phone orders Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, holidays excepted, at +1 216-381-8531. We accept fax orders anytime at FAX  +1 216-381-7854.
  5. Orders are processed not later than the next business day after payment is received and are shipped as soon as possible.
  6. DISCOUNT SHIPPING. Our warehouses are UPS Ground (for paint products) and FedEx Ground (Cimatec air filters) shipping centers for best customer service and value. Small items such as books and flashlights are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail.
  7. For safety, liquid items, such as paints, paint strippers, and disinfectants are shipped UPS Ground to addresses in the Continental U.S. and Canada.
  8. Overseas shipments are sent via the U.S. Post Office, United Parcel Service, FEDERAL EXPRESS or Loon Express as applicable.
  9. We reserve the right to change customer shipping options in order to assure the quick and reliable delivery of merchandise ordered. At present air filters and paint ship UPS ground only.
  10. Please e-mail for return authorization or  shipping requirements. You will be sent an RMA  number and specific shipping instructions to assure proper credit and fastest service.
  11. All products offered are warranted as noted on the data pages of this site.
  12. You must abide by the terms of special offers, and click only the special offer "add to cart" button,  in order to receive them.
  13. Sales tax and handling fee for OHIO Residents. We are a delivery vendor as defined by Ohio tax law, and as such we are required to collect sales tax for each of Ohio's 88 counties. Our e-commerce system is set to collect the sales tax for your community plus the difference in shipping costs for Ohio addresses outside of Cuyahoga County.
  14. Due to continued internet fraud no internet credit card orders over $500US will be accepted from non-North American addresses. Overseas customers should e-mail us for payment instructions and overseas shipping charges. We accept payment by wire (Western Union) or international money order (American Express).
  15. PLUS! Your satisfaction is guaranteed or the merchandise replaced or your money will be refunded at your option within 30 days of receipt.
